CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA

 

Pair with Steelhead Chardonnay

            INGREDIENTS

  • 12" thin crust pizza
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup thinly sliced Portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Spread Alfredo sauce on the crust
  3. Evenly cover the pizza with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella cheese
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until it's to your liking, and serve!
